Fenimore Chamber Orchestra thrives on the dedication, enthusiasm, and generosity of its community. Our concerts are more than performances—they are moments that bring people together, and volunteers make those moments possible. Whether you have a few hours to give or can commit to an entire season, your time and talents help us keep the music alive.
Volunteers support us in a variety of ways:
Front of House | Welcome guests, assist with ticketing, and create a warm, memorable experience for every audience member.
Musician Lodging and Accommodations | Assist us by helping us find lodging for those talented and dedicated musicians who travel from outside our immediate area.
Special Events | Lend a hand at receptions, fundraisers, and community gatherings.
Marketing & Community Engagement | Help us share our story—post flyers, assist with mailings, or engage on social media.
Behind the Scenes | Support administrative projects, assist the orchestra staff, or contribute your expertise in specialized areas (For example, legal, social media, graphic design, marketing/communications, fundraising, finance, government relations, and more!)
